Common questions

Frequently asked

What does a Qualtrics consultant do?

A Qualtrics consultant designs and runs experience-management programs on the Qualtrics platform: building surveys, dashboards, and automated workflows for customer experience (CustomerXM), employee experience, and market research. In practice that means turning raw feedback into data systems your team can actually act on: clean survey logic, meaningful reporting, and automations that route insights to the right people.

What kinds of automation projects do you take on?

Anything that involves moving data between tools, removing repetitive manual work, or connecting systems that don't talk to each other. Typical projects include AI-assisted workflows, form and intake automation, data syncing across platforms, reporting pipelines, and operational processes that have quietly become bottlenecks. I build these with tools like n8n, Make.com, and Airtable, adding custom code where it's the right fit.

Do you work with clients outside Portugal?

Yes. I'm based in Lisbon, Portugal, and work remotely with clients worldwide, including teams across Europe, North America, and APAC. Engagements run over video calls, shared docs, and async updates, so timezone and location are rarely a barrier.

What tools do you specialize in?

Qualtrics (CoreXM and CustomerXM) for CX and research programs; n8n and Make.com for workflow automation; and Airtable for lightweight data systems and operational tooling. I combine these with AI where it adds real value, and write custom code when a project needs something off-the-shelf tools can't handle.

Who do you typically work with?

SMBs, startups, universities, and specialized teams driving change inside larger organizations. The common thread is a team that has outgrown manual processes or spreadsheets and needs a data system or automation that scales with them.

How does an engagement typically start?

Usually a short intro call to understand your goals, current tools, and the bottleneck you're trying to solve. From there I scope the work and share a rough sense of fit, approach, and timeline. The quickest way to begin is to book a 15-minute call or send a note through the form above.
