Work

Klara Condac
Lisbon, Portugal Working globally Open to engagements

What kind of work do you do?

Strategy, systems, and customer experience. I help teams understand what their customers actually do and why, build the infrastructure to scale without breaking, and connect that to a clear direction. The question underneath all of it: what's the real problem, and is this the right way to solve it?

Who do you typically work with?

SMBs, startups, universities, and specialized teams within larger organizations, usually at a point of change. Scaling up, entering a new market, or rethinking how they serve customers. I work best when the problem isn't fully defined yet.

What's it actually like to work with you?

Collaborative, genuinely. I bring strong opinions and clear thinking, but I'm interested in what you see that I don't. I'll push back when something doesn't add up, and I expect the same from you.

How do engagements typically work?

They vary, and that's intentional. Some are project-based with a defined scope. Others are ongoing where I'm closer to a thought partner. I don't have a fixed menu, I'd rather understand what you actually need.

Me

What actually makes you tick?

Hard problems. The messier, the better. Routine work drains me, but give me something complex and I'll be thinking about it at 12am. It's probably why I ended up doing what I do.

How does studying philosophy show up in your work?

It taught me to ask whether something should be built before asking how. I care about first principles, about what "good" actually means, and I'm comfortable sitting in ambiguity long enough to think clearly.

What does your day in Lisbon look like?

I'm not a morning person and I don't pretend to be. I come alive around midday. When I need to reset I walk along the Tejo. Evenings are for Pilates, watching a new show, or getting absorbed in something that has nothing to do with work.
